Regular License
1. This License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.
2. You are licensed to use the Item in one single website/application for yourself or for one client.
You can use the item to display illustration(s) as many times as you want in different pages of your website, but if you want to use the item in another website (domain) you need to make another purchase or purchase the Multi-License.
3. You can use the Item in your client's website for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
4. You can Not Sell the Item or its End Product, except to one client. The End User may not pay to use the End Product.
5. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
6. You can not make the Item available on a digital asset management system, shared drive, or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring the Item, and you must not permit an End User of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
7. We (humanAnatomyIllustrations.com) retain ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms.
Multi-License
1. All terms of Regular License are applied except that you have the right to use the item in unlimited number of websites/applications.
2. This License costs 7X the Regular price.
Commercial License
1. This License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.
2. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a "single application"), and you may make a profit from that Product.
Example: You can use the Item in an application that the End User requires to pay to use it.
3. The End Product may not be a competitor of the original Item.
4. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
5. You may not make the Item available on a digital asset management system, shared drive, or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring the Item, and you must not permit an End User of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
